the upward machine is used for making of oxygen-free copper rod with high-quality by adopting upward continuous casting process.

 

 

 

1.  Useage

This production line adopts the upward casting continuous technology, it is a specialized equipment to produce cast condition oxygen free copper rod with high-quality and large –length. Oxygen free copper rod is a high conductivity material with high electrical conductivity, low oxygen content, excellent mechanical properties and other characteristics, and be widely used as conductive materials in Copper rod, Copper Wire and magnet wire industries.

The raw material should meet with the standard of GB/T467-1997 “cathode copper”, and its chemical composition should meet the requirement in Table 1 and Table 2 of the above criteria.

This equipment was composed by two heat preservation furnaces, two pulling machines, one crystallizer, one rod collecting machine, cooling water control system and electrical appliance.
