Introduction and structure

Melting furnace and holding furnace are tied together. No smoke furnace itself while melting. Auto constant temp control unit is available. Widely used in  the field of brass, copper alloy products.  

Both furnace connect through bottom, raw material melted down, liquid can be flowed to holding furnace chamber after component of liquid met special requirement. We this design structure can reduce smoke, loss of zinc because of oxidizing. Energy consumption is less.

The 120kw, 75kw main frequency cored induction furnace is composed by furnace body, inductor, cabinet, the inductor is installed under furnace body, include iron core, copper loop, coil, water jacket and so on.

This cutting machine is suitable for fix length cutting(rod, pipe). It is made up of pneumatic system. Automatic cutting and unloading is available.The saw is welded with hard alloy, can bear high temp. The saw can move along the guide rail. After finish cutting, the saw will be pushed back by air cylinder.
